I actually didn’t restore this frame but I did clean the glass as much as possible, the original print which was inside was from 1885.
The glass has that fluid effect, and is very slightly tainted.

By this point you should be able to tell the presence of cheques signifies there’s a meaning behind the symbols in the composition.
